Gao Qiang

Gao Qiang, born in Beijing in February 1957, now lives in Hefei City, Anhui Province. He is a member of China Artists Association, Anhui Artists Association, national class choreographer, and director of Anhui Oil Painting Society. He graduated from Anhui Huangmei Opera School, Anhui Institute of Education, and postgraduate course in art of Anhui Normal University .
He is one of the first batch of "six outstanding talents" in Anhui Province. His works have participated in China Oil Painting Exhibition, China Stage Art Exhibition, and Anhui Provincial Art Exhibition for many times and won the National Award of Excellence and the First, Second and Third Prize of the Provincial Art Exhibition. His works have been published in Fine Arts, Art Newspaper, Art World, Stage Beauty and other publications. Some of his works have been collected and auctioned by private individuals.

In June 2020, he painted two abstract works for the VIP lounge of Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
