Wu Jun

1954, 9, Hefei, Anhui Province, China. graduated from the Department of Art of Anhui Normal University in 1982, 2, and stayed in the school as a teacher. From1989 to 1990, he graduated from the oil painting course of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. 1997, he became the dean of the School of Fine Arts of Anhui Normal University. From July 1999 to February，2000, he was sent by the Ministry of Culture to Paris, France, to study contemporary art in Europe. He was transferred to the School of Architecture of Hefei University of Technology in April,2008 . He was the third, fourth and fifth vice chairman of Anhui Artists Association and the director of Anhui Oil Painting Art Committee. Now he is a professor and director of Hefei University of Technology, a director of China Oil Painting Society, and the president of Anhui Oil Painting Society. Main achievements: His works have been selected for the 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th National Art Exhibition and other important exhibitions, and he has won many prizes and the second prize at provincial and ministerial level. He has held solo exhibitions in Paris, Hangzhou and Hefei, France, and his works have been collected by the Ministry of Culture and various collection institutions. He has published more than ten academic papers in first-class journals. He has published three monographs. He is the editor-in-chief of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" standardized textbook "Oil Painting".
